Engineering at its Best.
Philosophy Keeping Promises The origins of today’s STADLER Anlagenbau GmbH date back to the 18th century. Today, just as it was back then, the company’s success is based on a philosophy of intrinsic values and mutual appreciation. As a specialist in the area of the design, manufacturing, and assembly of automated sorting systems and machines for the recycling industry, the business is still family-run and is now in its seventh generation – with Willi Stadler at the helm. With the requirements and demands of the customer in mind at all times, STADLER represents the highest “Made in Germany” quality combined with advanced engineering expertise. In all of this, STADLER relies on traditional values. Honesty and trust – these are what sets STADLER apart and are the foundations of its success, both past and future. www.w-stadler.com 5 4 Philosophy
Team Spirit Strong Together Appreciative, open and honest interaction with each other. Meeting each other on an equal footing. This is what STADLER stands for. This is the company culture that we live on a daily basis – and the breeding ground for our success. Our employees are our most valuable commodity. This is something that we are fully aware of. That’s why we are always there for them and support their interests in a variety of ways, be it through flexible working time, continuing education, or getting together for communal sports activities. All of these things unite us and make us strong. We assume social responsibility for the individual – and also for our region. Worldly on the one hand, yet traditional and down-toearth on the other, we are deeply rooted in the region. 7 6 www.w-stadler.com Team Spirit
Professional Expertise Output is the Key Factor Our experienced teams of experts are ideally positioned. They consist of specialists with academic experience in the areas of recycling technologies, mechanical and process engineering through to finance and contracting. Be it a new construction, an extension, or an improvement to a sorting plant – all our experts and professionals concerned are involved in the process from the very beginning and are on site for long periods of time. In our in-house “STADLER TECHNIKUM” centre of excellence and development we are able to simulate a wide variety of scenarios in the design stage in order to find the ideal solution for every requirement. Based on the results of extensive performance tests, we can fine-tune down in to the smallest detail. We are passionate about getting the maximum from every system. Thanks to a worldwide service and replacement part network we are always able to offer quick and professional support in all areas of our work when required. 9 8 www.w-stadler.com Professional Expertise
Apprenticeships Developing Expertise In order to meet our own high standards, we need one thing above all else: highly capable employees. Therefore, we place special value on well-founded training and continued education in all specialist areas. As a company which has a long tradition in offering apprenticeships, we have our own technical training and education centre where we prepare our junior employees for their careers. We believe in nurturing talented people and their ability to develop creative ideas and to implement them independently. As well as specialist expertise it is important for us that the junior employees experience the exceptional STADLER team spirit. The result is a high level of satisfaction across the board – both from our employees and our customers. www.w-stadler.com 10 11 Apprenticeships
STADLER Plants Efficiently Sorted Unparalleled process efficiency, the best possible material and manufacturing quality, and effortless operation, maintenance and cleaning. Our aim is as follows: an integrated solution that is optimized in every aspect – with a well designed layout which is perfectly tailored to the respective needs of our customers. As a pioneer in the area of integrated, fully-automated sorting plants for household waste and lightweight packaging, our focus is always on high overall cost-effectiveness. In order to ensure the highest possible efficiency of the entire plant, we consider it essential to provide perfectly aligned walkways between individual machines. Next to the overall process, the selection of the individual components plays also a decisive role. www.w-stadler.com 12 13 STADLER Plants
STADLER Products Engineering and Quality A crucial factor in the efficiency of a sorting plant is the performance level of the individual products. Be it ballistic separators, screening drums, conveyors or delabelers – STADLER is known worldwide for highly-developed, premium-quality components. As the world leader in ballistic separation, we are aware of our pioneering role and we continuously optimise our products in line with the current demands of our customers and the requirements of the process. STADLER screening drums are characterized by their exceptional robustness. They are manufactured from 10 millimetre-thick steel (e.g. hardox) and are highly torsion-resistant. They are equipped with spacious walkways, draw bridges and doors as well as interior lighting, which makes them especially easy to maintain. Patented pivoting frames for the easy adjustment of sorting quality, the stackability of two ballistic separators, screwable covers in a particularly robust design, comfortable access to all areas of the machines – the STT5000 is a first-class ballistic separator, developed for the processing of medium-weight and heavy material streams. www.w-stadler.com 15 14 STADLER Products
